Job Summary
Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information for customers; work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process; maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service; demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, analytics, and problem-solving abilities; proficient with computer systems to process dealer orders, requests, and acknowledgements; ability to perform duties as assigned; local travel (<10%) and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality
- Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements
