Customer Service Technician/Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers at healthcare locations, then retrieve equipment from sites for transport back to the office. Educate and engage customers during delivery regarding equipment features and functionality. Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and completing all paperwork for billing and regulatory compliance. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Schedule includes Tuesday through Saturday shifts with some holiday on-call.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
- safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- customer service experience
- basic computer skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
