Job Summary
The Customer Service Technician is responsible for safely loading, securing, and delivering medical equipment to customers and retrieving equipment from customer locations. Responsibilities include educating customers on equipment features during delivery, processing, cleaning, inspecting, testing equipment, and maintaining inventory while completing all documentation accurately for billing and compliance. Qualifications include being 21 years or older, having a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record
- Have customer service experience
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience in hospital setting is helpful
- Basic computer skills
