Job Summary
Delivery and installation of medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities; safely load, secure, and deliver equipment; retrieve equipment from customer locations and return to office; educate and engage customers on features and functionality; complete paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance; requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license
- Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies
- Have customer service experience
- Prior work experience in hospital setting is helpful
- Have basic computer skills
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule
- Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
