Job Summary
Deliver customer service at a ModWash location and collaborate with a team to drive membership sales while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Educate guests on ModWash package options and unlimited wash memberships, guide them through chosen plans, and engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Contribute to achieving sales goals, maintain a clean and presentable facility, and support a friendly, energetic environment. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; outdoor work in varied weather; physical activity including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
