Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store, manage stock efficiently, and keep the workspace clean and tidy. Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers while offering tools and advice to turn DIY dreams into reality. Work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends from September 2026 through January 2027. Earn an adult pay rate of $35.08 per hour. Submit an application and complete an online chat interview, followed by a video interview and onsite meet and greet if selected.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) from September 2026 – January 2027
