Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by greeting them with a smile at checkout registers and offering expert advice on tools and products. Manage stock efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and tidy, ensuring every D.I.Y. dream is supported from first hello to final solution. This seasonal casual role requires flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends from September 2026 through January 2027. You must be 18 years or older to work at an adult pay rate of $35.08 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Age 15 or over
- Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) from September 2026 – January 2027
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- Ability to act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- Adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above
