Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store, manage stock efficiently, and keep the workspace clean and tidy. Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers while offering friendly, helpful service to turn DIY dreams into reality. Join a supportive, inclusive team ready to help every step of the way. This seasonal casual role runs from September 2026 to end of January 2027 with flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends. You must be 18 years or older to work this position at the adult pay rate of $35.08 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Age 15 or over
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends) from September 2026 – January 2027
