Job Summary

As a Customer Service Team Member for The Wave, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests across email, live chat, phone, and in-person interactions, delivering outstanding service and supporting surfers, campers, and day visitors. Responsibilities include handling queries and complaints per company policies, guiding the full customer journey from surf sessions and camp stays to food, retail, and visits, using booking systems and customer service software, encouraging repeat bookings and promoting additional experiences, working toward KPIs and revenue targets, assisting with group bookings, collaborating with Surf Operations, Food & Beverage and Camp, managing lost property, and upholding all health & safety procedures. A proactive, friendly attitude, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and initiative to support the wider team are valued for this fixed-term seasonal role in Bristol.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Confidence using digital systems and booking platforms
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the role
