Customer Service Team Member Part-time - Northampton

Welcome shoppers into physical and virtual stores, process purchases at registers and web carts with accurate discounts and tenders, and handle payment cash drawers. Memorize Produce item Prices Look Up (PLU's) numbers, package customer purchases with attention to food safety, and offer carry-out service while maintaining parking lot safety. Answer external calls, process Buying Club orders, and assist with ownership drives and member payments. Utilize downtime for stocking, bagging, and maintaining full stock levels. Maintain a clean, tidy work environment and participate in team meetings. Requires open availability including evenings and weekends, reports to Customer Service Assistant Manager, Pay Level II, non-exempt.
