Job Summary
Customer Service Team Member in a part-time role based in Auckland, NZ, within the Online Customer Service & Fulfilment Team. Responsible for delivering a consistently positive online customer experience, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally across the order lifecycle, processing and managing orders, coordinating cancellations, refunds, replacements, and amendments, investigating lost or damaged deliveries with courier partners, supporting fraud-related processes, handling shipment queries, monitoring shared inboxes, actioning returns and warranty assessments in internal systems, and contributing to peak-period and promotional initiatives. Key skills include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities, fast and accurate typing, quick learner of systems and processes, independence and teamwork, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in a Customer Service-based role is preferred. Hybrid work is available for eligible roles.
