Customer Service Team Member

Deliver effective store administration including cash handling, tendering transactions, and store multi-channel fulfilment. Manage all sales channel fulfilment, telephone enquiries, and marketing promotional activity while maintaining stock integrity. Resolve customer complaints and queries to ensure a consistent positive experience, and contribute to financial performance through inventory management and expense control. Contribute to the brand through quality merchandising and in-store presentation, while continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge. Report to the Customer Service Manager within a sales-focused culture supporting profitable growth.
