Job Summary
Customer Service Team Member within JB Hi-Fi's Online Customer Service & Fulfilment Team in Auckland, NZ. Responsibilities include delivering a consistently positive online customer experience across the order lifecycle, responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email, managing orders and making amendments as needed, coordinating cancellations/refunds/replacements, investigating lost or damaged deliveries, supporting fraud-related processes, completing admin tasks, handling Return Authority and warranty processes using Solvup, and supporting the team during peak periods and promotions. Key skills include excellent communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, strong typing speed, conflict resolution and negotiation, ability to learn new systems quickly, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Hybrid working arrangement available for eligible roles.
