Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by managing stock efficiently and keeping the workspace clean and tidy. Serve customers with a smile at checkout registers while offering friendly, helpful service to turn any D.I.Y. dream into a reality. Act with integrity, approach customers confidently, and lend a hand across different areas of the store. Work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends as a full-time team member at the Kirrawee location.
Required Qualifications
- Age 15 or over
- Availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- Enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- Integrity, safety awareness, and a commitment to doing one's best
