Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient checkout experience by operating the cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; handle exchanges, returns, and complaints; assist with cashier tasks, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot cash register issues; engage customers warmly, promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs and Extended Protection Policy; restock and maintain a presentable area; communicate with Manager on Duty about stock and questions; deliver an outstanding shopping experience with helpful, knowledgeable store service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
