Customer Service Team Member

Provide friendly, efficient check-out experience at Fleet Farm; operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases; handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints; assist with transactions and resolve cash register issues; engage customers with a smile and create a pleasant interaction throughout the transaction; extend offers for the Extended Protection Policy to qualifying items; communicate with Manager on Duty and merchandise teams regarding out-of-stock products; remain knowledgeable about the store to answer questions; restock items efficiently and keep the assigned area presentable; promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and related initiatives; flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
