Job Summary
Provide customers with a quick and efficient check-out experience by operating the cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, handle exchanges/returns/complaints, and assist with transactions. Serve as a cashier resource by resolving discrepancies, troubleshooting cash register issues, and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs. Engage customers with friendly service, restock items, communicate with the Manager on Duty about out-of-stock products, and maintain store knowledge to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math
