Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient check-out experiences at Fleet Farm by operating the cash register and scanner, handling exchanges, returns, and complaints, and assisting coworkers as a cashier resource. Engage customers with a welcoming interaction, promote the store’s loyalty program and Extended Protection Policy, effectively communicate with management and merchandise teams about stock, and maintain knowledge of the store to answer questions. Restock and keep the assigned area presentable while delivering an outstanding shopping experience, including handling monetary transactions and supporting cash handling procedures across shifts (including flexible scheduling).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures, including simple math
