Job Summary
Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and promoting Chick-fil-A products in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities include following operational policies, resolving guest concerns promptly, ensuring product quality and consistency, supporting opening/closing procedures, and maintaining clear communication between front counter and kitchen staff. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift as needed, and uphold sanitation and safety procedures while delivering friendly, hospitality-driven service.
