Customer Service Team Member

Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and communicating knowledge of the Chick-fil-A brand, products, and promotions. Responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, maintaining product quality and consistency, assisting leadership with opening/closing procedures, and ensuring sanitation and safety procedures. Collaborate with front counter and kitchen staff, maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
