Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by managing stock efficiently, keeping workspaces clean, and serving shoppers with a smile at checkout registers. Approach and confidently interact with customers to offer product advice and turn DIY dreams into reality. Work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends. Submit an application and complete an online chat interview, followed by a video interview and onsite meet and greet if selected. This role supports Bunnings' purpose of inspiring people to have a red hot go by helping project builders, commercial tradespeople, and the housing industry through our network of stores and online channels.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
