Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by managing stock efficiently, keeping workspaces clean and tidy, and serving guests with a smile at checkout registers. Offer friendly, helpful service to everyone who walks through the doors, ensuring every experience counts while acting with integrity and safety. Maintain availability for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends. Submit an application and complete an online chat interview, followed by a video interview and onsite meet and greet if selected. This role supports Bunnings' purpose of inspiring people to have a red hot go in home improvement and lifestyle retail across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
