Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by greeting visitors, offering tools and advice to turn DIY dreams into reality, and serving customers at checkout registers. Manage stock efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, acting with integrity and safety. You must approach and confidently interact with customers, demonstrating enthusiasm for learning about products and services to lend a hand across different store areas. This role requires availability for flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends. We offer an adult pay rate of $28.64 per hour for those aged 18 and above.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
