Job Summary
Provide customers with the best experience across the store by greeting visitors, offering product advice, and serving at checkout registers. Manage stock efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. Act with integrity, approach customers confidently, and lend a hand across different store areas. Work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings, and weekends. Submit an application and complete an online chat interview, followed by potential video and onsite interviews.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
