Job Summary
Host customers in retail shops, providing best-in-class service, engaging warmly with visitors, and promoting Paddy offers. Clearly communicate answers to customer queries and assist with placing bets via terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions. Maintain excellent shop presentation standards and ensure smooth shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager. Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations while adapting to different situations.
