Job Summary
Lead and train kitchen team in a fast-paced DIG kitchen; prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide and taste for validation. Gain exposure to stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout. Communicate menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to deliver scratch-made meals. Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in where needed. Multi-task in the kitchen and comply with food safety standards. Uphold DIG’s anti-discrimination & anti-harassment policies. Required Qualifications
