Job Summary
Lead and coach customer service representatives to deliver fast, friendly, and customer-focused service. Review interactions (phone, email, etc.), evaluate quality, track results, and provide coaching and performance reviews. Conduct team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate policy updates and training needs. Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support for customer interactions. Emphasizes coaching, training, process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Effective communication skills
