Job Summary
Lead department associates to deliver a legendary customer experience by directing daily activities in merchandising, pricing, inventory control, stocking, and customer service; partner with GSM/DM and HR to staff, train, and evaluate staff; oversee scheduling, performance feedback, and coaching to achieve sales, gross margin, and service goals; maintain plan-o-grams, execute promotions and events, perform product demos, and ensure accurate UPC/pricing; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and proficiency with PC-based tools and POS/inventory systems; foster a positive, harassment-free work environment while delivering consistent customer-focused results; participate in hiring and staff development aligned with company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus
