Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with menu navigation, and address concerns promptly while answering phones and entering orders into the POS system. Pack cold items for delivery drivers and collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers to ensure an excellent guest experience. Perform miscellaneous cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the garbage as needed. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere supporting co-workers across all roles.
Required Qualifications
