Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, navigate menu selections, and answer phones to enter orders into the POS system. Address guest concerns promptly while assisting delivery drivers with packing and labeling cold items. Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure a complete dining experience, and perform miscellaneous cleaning tasks as needed. This role requires standing for 10 hours, lifting 40 lbs, and working weekends at Pizza Lucé's Eden Prairie location. You will support a diverse team dedicated to award-winning pizza, hoagies, and vegan options across nine Twin Cities restaurants.
Required Qualifications
- Command of the English language
- Previous customer service and restaurant experience
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality
- A fully engaged, service-minded attitude
- Able to stand for 10 hours
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Team attitude
- Alertness to the needs of co-workers and guests
