Job Summary
Customer Service Representatives provide internal and external support for University functions, events, and services including housing, dining, hospitality, transportation, facilities, athletics, and more. Responsibilities include greeting faculty, staff, students, and visitors; assisting in person, electronically, by telephone, or mail; investigating and resolving issues using University policies; processing orders/registrations; creating ID cards and badges; on-site and e-commerce ticketing; processing payments and refunds; communicating product/service improvements; operating POS and related systems; maintaining knowledge-base materials; and potentially supervising staff. Requires knowledge of university policies and procedures, ability to troubleshoot issues, and strong customer-service orientation. Education: GED or HS diploma; no required certifications; background checks required. Salary range: $31,600 - $45,800; full-time with comprehensive benefits including tuition discount for employees and eligible spouses/children.
