Job Summary

Customer Service Support Specialist provides administrative, logistical, and customer service support to field service operations. Responsibilities include processing Material Requests (MRs) and ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining and updating operational spreadsheets and databases, generating weekly/monthly reports on parts usage and service activities, performing cycle counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies, investigating inventory variances, preparing and processing field service quotations, submitting and tracking warranty claims and service requests, coordinating service escalations to support customer satisfaction, providing customers with status updates on parts availability, shipments, and service requests, complying with EBARA safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, monitoring in-transit reports for timely receipt of parts and materials, creating and maintaining service-related folders and documentation, assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments, filing Material Requests, RMAs, and Service Requests, and performing additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of work-related experience in the semiconductor or related area
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience handling service reports/lines and various service documentation
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural/dynamic environments
  • Strong customer relations and problem-solving abilities
