Job Summary
Customer Experience Support/Runner at Holiday Barn Pet Resorts provides friendly, proactive service to pets and their owners. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding tours for potential clients, assisting with check-in/check-out processes, maintaining a clean lobby, and safely moving and handling pets within the facility. Must be able to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs; work may include weekends and major holidays in a lively, pet-centered environment.
