Job Summary
Customer Service Support Associate at Bob's Discount Furniture delivers omnichannel support in-store, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests with orders, managing calls, and supporting store teams, using technology and service skills to represent Bob’s with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. This is a full-time, in-store role with a flexible retail schedule and a focus on guest-facing service, order entry accuracy, cash handling, and responsive problem-solving in a dynamic retail environment.
