Customer Service Supervisor

Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries promptly, and lead, motivate, and train Associates to drive sales and performance. Support the leadership team to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, retention, and training while ensuring consistent execution of customer service programs, policies, and store technology components. Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and store safety, maintaining accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and smart ordering. Collaborate with peer supervisors and store leaders to keep the store safe, organized, and fully stocked. This role includes flexible availability for various shifts, weekends, and holidays, with an hourly range of $21.25 to $28.70 plus a $2.00 shift differential for 12am to 6am hours.
