Job Summary
Lead, train, and motivate Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and uphold store standards. Collaborate with store leadership to achieve goals in sales, expenses, and Associate retention, while ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory integrity, cycle counts, and adherence to safety policies. Manage and train team members to execute customer service programs, store technology, and loss prevention measures; oversee vendor check-ins, ordering accuracy, and overall store operations to help customers find what they need. The role involves supervising shifts, maintaining staffing levels, and ensuring excellent service quality to support store performance and a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience, ideally in retail or food service environments
