Job Summary
Lead and train store Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain safe, organized, fully stocked stores. Collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals in sales, expenses, and Associate retention, while executing customer service programs and store technology. Manage cash processes, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cycle counts to maximize sales and ensure customers find what they need. Emphasize strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills to motivate the team and uphold store policies and safety. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Supervisory experience in retail or food service is a plus
