This role involves managing shift operations, coordinating with leadership, and maintaining a customer-focused store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience, ideally in retail or food service environments, is a plus
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
