Job Summary
Customer Service Supervisor at Wawa leading and developing front-line Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive store performance, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service, resolving inquiries, supporting leadership to meet sales and expense goals, training and motivating Associates, executing customer service programs and store technology, overseeing cash processes, inventory and vendor check-ins, maintaining store safety, and performing regular cycle counts and smart ordering to maximize sales and help customers find what they need. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities such as a 4-day work week and a shift differential for overnight hours.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience, ideally in retail or food service environments
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills
