Job Summary
Lead, train, and motivate store associates to deliver outstanding customer service, manage cash processes and inventory, collaborate with leadership to achieve sales goals, and ensure compliance with store policies. Drive sales performance during shifts by enforcing customer service programs, policies, and store technology; perform cycle counts and smart ordering to maintain accurate inventory and help customers find what they need. Support store leadership in achieving goals related to sales, expenses, associates, and training while maintaining a safe, organized, and fully stocked environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
