Job Summary
Oversee and develop a world-class customer service team by supervising agents, specialists, and coordinators; supervise day-to-day operations, coach staff, and drive performance. Responsibilities include answering service questions, entering and reviewing data for workload statistics, auditing and resolving customer service issues, maintaining call-volume databases, adjusting staffing based on trends and PBX/ACD metrics, monitoring agent performance and hold times, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety programs, and defining staff procedures and schedules. The role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred, and typically 0-2 years of related supervisory experience. The position operates Thursday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Bridgeport, USA.
