Job Summary
Oversee a front-of-store customer service team at TJX brands, training Associates on front-end principles and promoting loyalty programs. Lead by example in delivering an excellent customer experience, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage. Address customer concerns promptly, provide progress updates to management, and coach staff to meet store goals while adhering to labor laws and safety standards. Partner with management on training needs, support shrink-reduction efforts, and foster a positive, honest store culture with strong communication and organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to train others
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Merchandising understanding
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
