Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the shift, providing an interface to the customer and following up with operations to address issues. Lead and develop support staff, ensure documentation/compliance with guidelines, plan workload and forecast volume, evaluate performance variances, and implement corrective actions. Drive value-added services for customers and maintain a professional, safe, and fair work environment while aligning with contract requirements and organizational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead / supervisory / management position
- 1-2 years of logistics industry experience (preferred)
- Previous customer service and operations background
