Customer Service Supervisor

Supervise and oversee the work of Customer Service Representatives, manage time and attendance, delegate workflow, and provide performance feedback. Recruit for open positions, interview candidates, coach and train staff, and lead improvement efforts. Capture and compile data for the department, ensure adherence to work processes, and assist with branch operations at the Mesa, AZ location. Strong emphasis on motivation of staff and delivering excellent customer service to customers.
