Job Summary
Customer Service Supervisor leads the customer service team to achieve service objectives and customer retention in a 100% on-site manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing employees, managing escalated customer situations, supporting recruiting and onboarding, and driving process improvements within SPIROL's Order Fulfillment Process. Required skills include 3+ years of customer service leadership, experience leading teams, ERP/business systems familiarity, strong operational and organizational abilities, and a proven ability to manage competing priorities and performance management. Location: Danielson, CT (US); on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service leadership experience
- Manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Experience leading and developing teams
- ERP and business systems experience is considered ideal
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with performance management, coaching, and employee development
