Job Summary
As our Sales Support Supervisor, you will lead the Sales Support team to ensure an exceptional client experience both in-store and over the phone, manage data entry and inventory-related tasks, train and develop staff, and assist the Store Director with operations, showroom presentation, and customer interactions. You will oversee scheduling, coaching, performance management, and adherence to safety and loss-prevention controls while supporting the sales team during busy periods and maintaining high standards of service and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years of Customer Service/Client facing experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to think on the spot and solve problems
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
