Customer Service Supervisor I

Job Summary
Lead a team of Customer Service Specialists to manage customer relationships and oversee order management, coordinating with sales for customer-facing discussions. Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, implement corrective actions to address non-conformances, and develop talent through performance reviews and succession planning. Visit customer facilities and participate in plant tours to strengthen relationships. Manage complex service models (sub-contract, consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory, export) and serve as first point of escalation for customer issues, collaborating with other functions to resolve problems and improve processes. Strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and a customer-centric culture. Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience with prior leadership in manufacturing or related fields. Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to travel domestically up to 5%. Education preferred and equal opportunity employer statements included.
