Job Summary
Customer Service Supervisor for GEICO in Indianapolis! You will mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Customer Service Representatives, handle escalated calls toward resolution, and conduct regular audits to ensure service excellence and achievement of performance goals. The role emphasizes leadership, customer-focused problem solving, and ongoing coaching to stay current with insurance industry changes. Required Qualifications
- One year of prior supervisory experience
- Experience in high-volume call center or within financial services or insurance industries
- Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Active P&C or Property Lines License preferred
