Job Summary
Supervise and train Customer Service Associates in cashiering, handling product returns, and POS operations to deliver exceptional shopping experiences; provide direction to customer service team, ensure adherence to cash handling and store policies, and support scheduling, payroll, and performance management. Responsible for training and developing associates, monitoring performance, and ensuring a highly attentive customer service standard within a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year customer service/cashier supervisory experience
- Proven ability to direct operations
- Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
- Demonstrated proficiency in training associates
- Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in supervising a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency
