Job Summary
Customer Service Supervisor responsible for leading production-support projects, maintaining formulations and BOM data, and coordinating client communications to ensure a productive, satisfactory experience. Responsibilities include managing staff to maximize efficiency and output; detailing and implementing new and existing product processes from setup through production; addressing daily client needs to ensure a pleasant, productive customer experience; reviewing bottling operations on batch records for accuracy; reviewing and routing new/revised product label proofs through R&D and Quality for final approval. Requires a college degree in a business-related field, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, multitasking and prioritization, solid documentation practices, ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, advanced Excel), and familiarity with ERP or other manufacturing software. Physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods, view a computer screen, and perform occasional bending or twisting; flexible scheduling as needed.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a business-related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong documentation practices and record keeping skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook & Word
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Preferred knowledge of ERP or other Manufacturing Software
- Physical requirements: ability to sit or stand for extended hours; ability to view a computer screen and type for extended hours; occasional squatting, bending, and twisting
- Must be able to adjust work schedule as business needs required
